January 15th – January 21st

~ We are asking the Lord to reset our hearts from trusting in ourselves to totally trusting in Jesus Christ. Today we are asking the Lord to reset our inner world, our minds! ~

We need to understand that thoughts usually proceed action or behavior. There are constantly thoughts racing through our minds, good and bad. We need to choose the good thoughts to think on. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 Teaches us to take captive thoughts that our destructive & go against God’s will (vs. 5 and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ). Think about this, you can only think one thought at a time. When destructive thoughts come into your mind, don’t stop and dwell on it. Instead, seize it and replace it with a good one, try to bring good thoughts together (Phil.4:8).  

I want a reset in my thinking. It won’t be easy but with God’s help, let’s start today!
